Is technology melting your memory ?Or helping it?

Technology is kind of interesting to me because I think it wields a double edge sword.

On the one hand we live pretty distracted lives today . We are pulled in so many directions between the text alerts, emails, phone calls, Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook. Its a lot .And if we are distracted we can not pay attention. If we can’t pay attention we can’t make new memories.
